Flush Casement

Flush casement windows are a high insulation timber/aluminium composite system manufactured in the UK, complete with a selection of window, curtain walling and door options.

It combines the long life and low maintenance of aluminium externally with the high insulation, environmentally focused benefits of responsibly sourced engineered timber internally. Flush casement windows are capable of accepting glazing up to 28mm thick depending on weight.

Construction

These Hybrid Windows are constructed using mitred joints on both the aluminium and the timber frames. Using a mechanical corner joint on the aluminium and patented dovetail keys on the timber enables the frames to be constructed without the need for complicated production processes.

Integral transoms and mullions are inserted by scribing the ends and screw fix to the frame. Opening lights are designed to be inserted directly into the outerframe using proprietary hardware.
